The cottages "Morbihan-Gites" are located :

    • At the edge of the Gulf of Morbihan, in southern Brittany, Villa Douar Nevez in Gorneveze, commune of Séné, near Vannes, a medieval town.
    • Morbihan - Gites is located in a quiet area, an ideal place to relax in a natural, preserved and authentic environment.
    • The Gulf of Morbihan designated "Natura 2000" site is now classified "Regional Natural Park". He is part of the select club of "Most beautiful bays in the world - World bays".
    • The Morbihan - Gites are located on the GR 34, long-distance hiking trail (+ 2000km of coastline, including 110km of coastal paths in the town of SENE). The GR.34 runs along the coasts of Brittany, from Mont Saint Michel to the salt marshes of Guérande.

"Morbihan-Gîtes" offers you year-round :

    • Seasonal rentals of furnished gites.

    • Holiday rental gites, for 2 or 4 people.
    • Each cottage has a covered terrace, on the ground floor and secure private parking.
    • On an enclosed and planted plot of 400m², a property of 1300m², the gites are equipped with a fitted kitchen or kitchenette and bedroom (s) with single bed(s) or double bed.

    • The rental of the cottages is "by reservation" (depending on the season) :

       -  weekly, from Saturday to Saturday.

       -  per night (minimum 2 nights).

     • Hikers (on foot, by bike): we will provide maps and itineraries.
     • to "Voileux" or Hikers in sea kayaks: we will be able to inform you about the particularities of the Gulf and its islands; nautical chart available.
     • at the Bikers, we say to you: "Biker yourself, biker ourselves". As far as possible, a shelter will be reserved for your "mount".
     • to Fishermen on foot, we will indicate some good "shots".
     • to Gastronomes, we will give some good addresses.

• Séné is a small fishing port with 110 km of coastal path, called the Douaniers path which runs along the Gulf of Morbihan.

• The gîtes are located on the GR 34, long-distance hiking trail in Brittany.

• The Falguerec bird sanctuary in Séné allows you to observe many species of birds (barnacle geese, shelduck ducks, egrets, spatulas, sacred ibis, etc.). The spring period is favorable for observation during nesting.

• Oyster farmers welcome you for good tasting moments at their workplace.

• In Séné the locals are called the Sinagots and their traditional boats, the Sinagos.

• All shops in the center of Séné and in Vannes.

• The city of Vannes invites you to visit its medieval site, its ramparts, its port, its museums, cinemas, theaters, congress halls, restaurants, pubs, nightclubs, swimming pools ...

The Morbihan Gulf consists of around 45 islands :

• including the Isle of Arz and the Isle of Monks which are fully-fledged municipalities; Gavrinis, Berder, Illur ... without counting the rocks ... the legend says that there are 365.

• The Morbihan is the only French department in the Breton language: "Mor Bihan" means "Little Sea"

• At the mouth of the Gulf of Morbihan, with the strongest sea currents in Europe, there is on one side the peninsula of Port-Navalo and its nautical lounge "Mille sabords", Arzon, Le Crouesty (large port of pleasure) and on the other side Arradon, Locmariaquer, Carnac (dolmens), La Trinité sur Mer (reference port for offshore racing) and the Quiberon peninsula with its wild coast.

• Offshore are the islands of Houat, Hédic, Groix and Belle-île. From Vannes, Séné, Port-Navalo, Quiberon, shipping companies join these different islands by ferry.
